We at lagacuan operate a gaming and sportsbook platform available only in jurisdictions where local law permits. These terms govern your access to our platform, your account creation, deposits, withdrawals, and all gaming activity. By creating an account on lagacuan, you agree to these terms in full.

If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately. We log all login attempts and reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity.

Your first withdrawal requires identity verification. We ask for your full legal name, national ID number, and a photo of your identification document. We review and approve or reject verification within one business day. Withdrawals may be rejected if your submitted identity does not match the name on your account, or if the ID document fails authenticity checks.

We reserve the right to apply additional verification (address verification, source-of-funds confirmation) to withdrawals that exceed thresholds or exhibit patterns consistent with fraud or money laundering. Large withdrawals or infrequent activity may trigger these checks — compliance is a condition of withdrawal.

Deposits are final. Once you transfer funds to lagacuan via your chosen payment method, we cannot reverse the transaction. If you make an erroneous deposit (wrong amount, wrong account), contact our support team with proof, and we will attempt recovery — but we make no guarantee. Payment partners (mobile banking, local payment, etc.) make their own final determination on reversal requests.

Gaming rules and settlement on lagacuan

All lagacuan games — football markets, live-dealer tables, slot games, instant-result games — operate under fixed rules published before you place a wager. We do not modify odds, payout ratios, or settlement terms retroactively. Once a wager is confirmed, your odds and payout terms are locked.

Football markets settle based on official league results. If a match is postponed or cancelled by the league, your wager is void and your stake refunded. If a match restarts (e.g., after a weather interruption), it counts as the same fixture, and settlement reflects the final official result. Disputes over match classification (friendly vs. tournament, legitimate vs. abandoned) are resolved per the league's own determination — we do not reinterpret official results.

Live-dealer tables settle based on dealer outcomes. No player interaction can alter the result after cards are dealt or the roulette wheel is spun. Sessions are recorded and audited for fairness. Slot games and instant-result games use certified random-number generators; outcomes are final upon generation and cannot be reversed.

If you suspect settlement errors, contact our support team within seven days of the disputed outcome. We investigate and may correct your account balance if our records confirm an error. Claims filed more than seven days after settlement are not investigated.

Bonus and promotional terms on lagacuan

We occasionally offer new-account bonuses, promotional credits, or free-bet offerings. All bonuses are optional. We publish the specific terms of any bonus (eligibility, turnover requirements, game restrictions, withdrawal conditions) before you accept it. You are not obligated to accept a bonus.

You may request voluntary account closure by contacting our support team. We process closure requests within one business day. Any balance in your account at closure is refunded to your original payment method, subject to completion of pending withdrawal requests.

If you dispute a settlement, transaction, or account decision, submit a detailed complaint to our support team with supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction IDs, dates, amounts). We investigate and respond within 14 business days. If you are unsatisfied with our response, your recourse is subject to the jurisdiction in which lagacuan operates — we do not engage in arbitration or external dispute resolution.

lagacuan operates under a jurisdiction-restricted access model. Our services are available only in regions where local law permits online gaming. If your jurisdiction prohibits our services, you cannot lawfully create an account or use our platform. You are solely responsible for confirming that lagacuan access complies with your jurisdiction's regulations.

We do not offer our services to users in jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted or prohibited. If we become aware that you are accessing lagacuan from a restricted jurisdiction, we close your account and forfeit any balance.

These terms are governed by the jurisdiction in which lagacuan operates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of lagacuan are subject to that jurisdiction's law. We do not accept liability for claims arising from users' non-compliance with their own local regulations.

Data protection and privacy on lagacuan

We collect your personal data (name, ID number, email, phone, payment details, gameplay history) to operate lagacuan, process payments, comply with anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering regulations, and improve our services. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest using SSL and modern cryptographic standards. We do not sell your data to third parties.

We share your data with payment partners (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, etc.) only to the extent necessary to process deposits and withdrawals. We also share data with compliance and fraud-detection vendors. We do not disclose your gameplay history or account balance to any third party without your written consent.

lagacuan provides gaming services on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranty that the platform is uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. While we employ reasonable security practices, we do not guarantee that unauthorized access cannot occur. We are not liable for losses arising from hacking, phishing, malware, or unauthorized account access caused by user negligence.

We are not liable for losses arising from service interruption, platform errors, or payment partner delays. If a technical glitch causes a wager to be placed twice, or a withdrawal to be delayed, our liability is limited to restoration of your account to its correct state — we do not pay compensation for inconvenience or lost opportunity.

Our maximum liability to you, for any claim arising from these terms or lagacuan services, is the total amount you have deposited on your account. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages.

Material changes are posted on this page with a revised publication date. Continued use of lagacuan after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
